What is Soft Play?
- Soft play involves creating an environment that has soft surfaces and allows even the youngest kids to play safely.
How is Soft Play equipment cleaned?
- Before and after each event our play equipment is thoroughly steam cleaned, sanitized and disinfected using a non-toxic residue free cleaner which kills 99.9% of harmful bacteria, viruses, mold, fungus, and germs.
Is there a delivery fee?
- Free delivery within a 5 mile radius from zip code 77445.
- Any event over will be charged $2.00 per mile.
How do I book?
Do you have insurance?
- Yes. However, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure that there is adult supervision of the equipment and those using it, at all times. The client is liable for any injury or damage to our equipment after set up. The client must sign a liability waiver before the play area is set up.
What happens if it rains and my party is outdoors?
- If you are hosting an outdoor event you assume ALL weather-related risks.
If you are not able to hold your event indoors, you can check for another available date or a refund will be given on your payment. (Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE)
