Book An Event
Booking
- Provide date, time and location of venue.
- Friday, Saturday and Sunday times are available for bookings.
- Hours for bookings are between 10:00am–6:00pm.
Delivery/Set-up
- All rental packages are up to four (4) hours on the same day.
- Any additional hours requested will be an additional $50.00 per hour.
- We would need a minimum of one (1) hour to setup /No additional fee for Set-Up.
- If there’s any chance of rain we will not set-up outside.
- All spaces for set-up must be approved before set-up.
- Delivery fee may apply
Outdoor Use
- We cannot set-up on gravel or dirt.
- In the event of bad weather we will not set up if there is rain or strong winds. When hosting an outdoor event, please have a back up plan in the event that we need to set up indoors. We will also be glad to reschedule if you'd like.
- The area must be flat, dry, well drained, clear from glass and clean of debris.
- A cover/canopy REQUIRED for outdoor bookings.
Deposit/Payment
- A $75.00 refundable security deposit will be required to secure any booking. This deposit will be held for up to 72 hours after your event to allow us to assess the equipment for excessive cleaning, damage or loss.
- No booking will be confirmed until the deposit is received in full.
- No refund of deposit will be given if outdoor event is deemed unsafe due to rain or other adverse weather conditions. We will work with you to reschedule your event on a later available date.
- The remaining balance is due Tuesday before the event date.
- Payment options are Zelle, Venmo, and Cashapp.
Cancellation
- Cancellation less than 21 days prior to event will result in loss of $75.00 security deposit.
